Sites that need supplied hardware or have more complex requirements get a quick scoping conversation first. Either way, here's exactly where you'd start.

Note what it isn't: Free doesn't include active monitoring, troubleshooting, or any telemetry beyond what the API provides — it's visibility, not a managed service. When you want faults actually found and followed through, step up to a monitored plan.

We pull 12 months of data from your API plus additional telemetry and deliver a report covering generation, efficiency, system health and performance ratio.
