Autonomy Power goes the whole way — we find the fault, work out what's wrong, and arrange the fix, so your assets spend more time generating and less time quietly losing money. It's the operating platform we built because nothing on the market actually did the job.
WHY WE EXIST
Built by an operator who was tired of finding faults too late.
Autonomy Power started with a frustration. After ten years supporting commercial solar systems, our founder Paul kept hitting the same wall: the path from a fault occurring to a fault being fixed was slow, cumbersome and buried in micromanagement — and that was on a good day. Too often the fault was never spotted at all, silently costing generation and revenue for months.
Existing monitoring tools showed you charts. They didn't find the problem, chase it down, or get it resolved. So Paul left his job to build the platform that would. That platform is Autonomy Power.
BEYOND MONITORING
A portal tells you something broke. We make sure it gets fixed.
The difference is the follow-through. A typical monitoring portal raises an alarm and leaves the rest to you. Autonomy Power runs the full loop:
- We find the fault — including the ones that would otherwise sit invisible between site visits.
- We troubleshoot it — diagnosing the real issue, not just flagging a number that looks off.
- We arrange the resolution — turning a detected fault into an assigned, tracked, actioned job.
- We handle the reporting — regulatory and performance reporting your stakeholders actually read.
- We control the asset — curtailment and remote intervention for sites that need to act, not just observe.
It's the difference between knowing something is wrong and having it dealt with.

THE FOUNDERS
Two founders, built for the whole problem.
Autonomy Power was founded by Paul Kurpiewski and Jack Misteli — a deliberately complementary pairing that covers everything from the hardware on the roof to the platform in the cloud.
Paul Kurpiewski brings a background in IT and solar, specialising in networking infrastructure, hardware integration, cloud computing and AI — the engineering that gets every brand and generation of inverter talking to one platform.
Jack Misteli brings a background in commercial law and web/application development and databases — the platform, data and commercial rigour that turn raw site data into reporting and workflows customers can rely on.
WHERE WE STAND
Nine years operating, and built to last.
We've been keeping commercial solar running for nine years — first as a service, and formally as Autonomy Power once the platform was ready to stand on its own. Much of that time went into building the platform properly rather than rushing a product to market. Based in Southbank, Victoria, and part of Autonomy Group, we support Australian commercial asset owners, operators and partners who need more than a dashboard.
